Medical Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Medical Advisor to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. In this role you will provide accurate medical guidance to customers via inbound calls, helping them navigate health‑related questions and improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert medical advice and support during inbound calls.
• Address complex healthcare inquiries with clinical accuracy and empathy.
• Process and resolve questions about medical services and care options.
• Handle healthcare‑related escalations consistently.
• Document and analyse patient interactions to drive service improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with medical procedures, terminology and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
• Monitor and enhance overall customer care experiences.
• Conduct systematic follow‑ups on health‑related concerns.
• Contribute to the creation of healthcare support resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare customer service or a related field (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at B2 level (spoken & written, CEFR).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to communicate medical information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills.
