About the role
We are looking for a Medical Trainer to lead the scientific‑medical training of our commercial teams. The role involves designing, delivering and continuously updating training programmes that convey complex medical and therapeutic information accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive medical‑scientific training plan.
- Develop and deliver sessions on medical concepts, therapeutic areas and product knowledge.
- Ensure commercial teams understand and can correctly communicate scientific information to customers and stakeholders.
- Identify training needs and maintain up‑to‑date scientific content.
Required profile
- Degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical‑scientific training.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of medical and therapeutic concepts.
- In‑depth understanding of product information.
- Ability to create engaging training materials.
- Effective facilitation and presentation skills.
