About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic waitstaff to join our restaurant team in Pradera, Concepción. As a server, you will be the face of the establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional service experience to each customer.
- Take orders, provide menu guidance, and suggest daily specials.
- Engage in suggestive selling to increase revenue.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned service area.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and strong teamwork skills.
