Messenger Collector – Field Collections in Ciudad Capital

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Messenger Collector to conduct field visits across the Ciudad Capital department, managing debt recovery for assigned client portfolios. The role involves following predefined routes, negotiating payment agreements, and updating client information on site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform domiciliary visits to clients with overdue balances following assigned routes.
• Negotiate and secure payment agreements to recover outstanding debt.
• Track and update case information after each visit.
• Identify opportunities to locate and recover additional clients.
• Report daily results and any significant portfolio issues.
• Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all interactions.

Required profile

• High school graduate (diversified level).
• Own motorcycle with a valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in domiciliary collections, route sales, administrative messenger, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with the geography and routes of the Guatemala department.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Result‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel throughout the entire department.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of Q4,403 per month.
• Additional Q1,000 monthly allowance for fuel, vehicle depreciation, and mobile phone.
• Quarterly bonus up to one month’s salary based on performance (minimum target 80%, maximum at 120%).
• Standard benefits in line with company policies.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• 100 % field‑based role covering the entire Ciudad Capital department.
• Monday morning reporting to the nearest agency to receive printed routes.
