About the role

The Monitor ensures compliance with the Quality and Food Safety Management System for the assigned area, following established procedures to guarantee product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monitoring and verification of raw materials, inputs, processes, and finished products to confirm they meet quality and safety specifications.
• Ensure all required documentation and processes are adhered to, supporting the continuity of certifications and standards.
• Retain non‑conforming products or raw materials to protect overall product quality.
• Direct non‑conforming items according to authorized procedures to safeguard brand reputation.
• Communicate promptly and follow up on corrective actions for any deviations found.
• Monitor PCC and PPRO parameters, track corrective actions, and maintain process safety and certification compliance.

Required profile

• Basic secondary education; technical training in food is desirable.
• At least 1 year of experience in the food industry.
• Familiarity with the company’s training plan (RH‑REG‑01) and basic knowledge of HACCP, PCC, PPRO, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
