Occupational Health Doctor (On‑Site, Zone 13)

About the role

Everise is seeking an Occupational Health Doctor to work on‑site in Zone 13. You will be responsible for safeguarding employee health by delivering comprehensive medical evaluations, managing workplace health programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations for all staff.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate biological, physical, chemical, and ergonomic risks.
• Coordinate COVID‑19 testing, vaccination tracking, and related health protocols.
• Prepare and present medical reports for management and executive teams.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Safety, Operations, and other departments to implement health initiatives.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and perform data analysis to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Medical degree with at least 2 years of experience in occupational health or workplace medicine.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Personal vehicle preferred for site access.
• Professionalism, strong ethical standards, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OSHA and NIOSH regulations and standards.
• Expertise in diagnosing, treating, and preventing occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Proficiency in ergonomics assessment and occupational physiology.
• Experience managing COVID‑19 testing and health protocols.
• Competence with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and data analysis tools.
