About the role

The Telecommunications Officer will support the management and administration of the group's telecom and telephony infrastructure, ensuring service continuity, network availability and timely assistance to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and administer network infrastructure to guarantee availability and proper operation.
• Handle incidents, requests and requirements related to voice and data services, providing prompt resolution.
• Execute network configurations, implementations and changes following established standards and procedures.
• Participate in technology infrastructure projects, contributing to the design, deployment and improvement of connectivity solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to internal users, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

Required profile

• Final‑year student of Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cisco (CCNA) or Fortinet (NSE) certification, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data networks, OP telephony, perimeter security and monitoring.
