About the role

The Credit Card Sales Officer will drive the acquisition of credit and debit cards by promoting, advising, and supporting customers, branches, and banking teams. The role ensures an excellent service experience while meeting commercial targets and contributing to the profitable growth of the bank's portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, advise, and manage the placement of credit and debit cards to existing and prospective clients.
• Identify commercial opportunities through the client portfolio and each banking unit's relationship base.
• Train branch and banking staff on product features, benefits, processes, and requirements for successful origination.
• Monitor and analyze productivity, commercial effectiveness, and performance indicators of branches and banking units.
• Design and execute cross‑selling campaigns to maximize product penetration within the client base.
• Safeguard healthy portfolio growth by maintaining credit quality and controlling delinquency indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles related to financial products, specifically credit and debit cards.
• Proven experience working with sales channels, branches, and commercial teams.
• Experience designing and implementing cross‑selling campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Strong achievement orientation, analytical and strategic mindset, negotiation and influence abilities, and excellent communication skills.
