Operador Ticket Service Bureau

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for configuring, operating and supervising a range of industrial machinery to meet production plans while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, operate and monitor various types of industrial machinery according to production schedules.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and perform minor repairs to keep equipment running optimally.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Conduct visual and technical audits of finished products to guarantee compliance with company specifications.
• Record production data, waste and operation times accurately in logs or digital systems.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise processes, reduce waste and meet delivery deadlines.
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies and maintain a clean, organised workspace (5S).

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven competence in handling industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold high quality standards.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a production setting.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
