About the role
The Loading Operator is responsible for filling pipelines with finished products according to bulk distribution requirements, ensuring timely and quality delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Receive information on the farm, product type, and silo number to be unloaded, guaranteeing accurate and on‑time deliveries.
- Complete load control records to keep information up‑to‑date for reporting and analysis.
- Dispatch the assigned product, maintaining delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Apply markings to transport units to ensure product quality is communicated to the client.
- Release transport units for shipment, coordinating their movement to customers.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support safe and efficient operations.
Required profile
- Primary education (elementary school) or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar loading or logistics role.
