About the role
The Production Operator (Operario de Producción) performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing process in a designated area. The role follows established procedures, policies and processes to guarantee that the daily production plan is achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Execute non‑critical functions assigned to an unskilled worker within the production area.
- Adhere strictly to documented procedures, company policies and operational processes.
- Monitor and ensure that activities contribute to the fulfillment of the established production schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the assigned zone.
Required profile
- No formal qualification or specific diploma required.
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work in a team‑oriented production setting.
- Physical stamina for standing and performing manual tasks during shift hours.
