About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator (Level 2) to work on the shop floor of a food manufacturing plant. The position involves carrying out non‑critical, semi‑skilled tasks in the production line, following defined procedures and policies to meet the daily production plan while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute second‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical and semi‑skilled.
• Ensure productivity and compliance with production, quality, and food safety (HACCP) standards.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload requirements of each area.
• Produce output that adheres to governmental regulations and technical specifications.
• Maintain and protect company assets, ensuring proper functioning and appropriate use.

Required profile

• Primary education completed up to sixth grade.
• At least one year of experience in similar roles within poultry or meat processing plants.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and food handling procedures.
