Operario - Encapsulado

About the role

The Operario – Encapsulado will support daily plant operations at Roshe, ensuring production processes run smoothly and safely. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Guatemala City and may be offered on a temporary contract depending on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate basic machinery and equipment used in the encapsulation line.
• Perform visual quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures rigorously.
• Record production data accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions precisely and respect safety and quality protocols.
• Good manual coordination, attention to detail, and capacity to perform repetitive tasks while staying focused.
• Experience working in a production plant.
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food or pharmaceutical environments.
• Team‑oriented mindset with clear communication of incidents.
• Willingness to work shifts, good physical condition, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
• Previous experience in industrial or logistics settings and basic training in production or maintenance is a plus.
