Outbound US B2B Sales Representative (Remote – Guatemala)

About the role

National Search Group is looking for an experienced outbound salesperson to generate strategic conversations with U.S. owners, CEOs, operations leaders, and HR executives. You will represent a long‑standing executive search firm, delivering recruitment solutions to companies facing critical hiring needs. The position is fully remote, targeting candidates based in Guatemala’s major urban centers or other Latin American locations with reliable home‑office setups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct focused outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours using cold calls, personalized email, and approved social outreach.
• Initiate credible conversations with senior U.S. decision‑makers and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with the U.S. leadership team on targeting, messaging, call review, and sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably within recruitment or executive search.
• Self‑motivated professional capable of working independently from a quiet, dedicated home office.
• Reliable high‑speed fiber‑optic internet, backup power source, and secondary internet connection.
• Located in Guatemala (or other Latin American hubs) with suitable infrastructure.
