About the role
Flexsa is looking for a motivated Maintenance Personnel to join its onsite team. The role is ideal for candidates with basic knowledge of electronics, electricity, or mechanics who are eager to learn and grow in a hands‑on environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor basic operation of machinery and facilities.
- Support the maintenance technician with diagnostics and repairs.
- Help keep tools and work areas organized and well‑maintained.
Required profile
- High school diploma in mechanics, electronics, or electricity (preferred).
- No prior work experience required.
- Willingness to follow technical instructions and learn on the job.
- Responsible attitude and ability to work in a team.
