About the role

The company is seeking a reliable Delivery Pilot to operate 5‑ or 8‑ton trucks, ensuring safe and timely transport of products across Guatemala. The role involves handling the vehicle, maintaining product quality, and complying with safety and food‑security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate 5‑ or 8‑ton trucks for product delivery.
• Inspect vehicle cleanliness and temperature before loading.
• Maintain product, equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of the fleet.
• Deliver agency orders on schedule and in proper condition.
• Perform daily route settlement and reporting.
• Follow EHS and food‑safety programs, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Participate in required training and support other general duties.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Completed primary education or higher.
• Valid driver’s license type A or B.
• 3‑5 years experience driving 3.5‑ton trucks.
• Ability to read and write Spanish fluently.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 kg and perform tasks such as bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays or varying shifts with prior notice.
