Procurement Specialist – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Strategic Sourcing Specialist to expand our global manufacturing and logistics network. The position is fully remote and dedicated to identifying, vetting, and securing apparel decorators, overseas factories in LATAM and Asia, and freight forwarders or customs brokers. The role requires strong bilingual communication and a sales‑oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of potential partners using Google, social media, and AI‑driven research tools.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails and video meetings to qualify and negotiate terms with factories, decorators and logistics providers.
• Scout, vet and partner with freight forwarders and customs brokers to improve shipping routes, transit times and cost efficiency.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives, increase production capacity in LATAM/Asia and accelerate logistics performance.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with at least 90 % proficiency.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, collections, sourcing or partner acquisition.
• Outgoing, persistent negotiator with strong research and detail‑orientation.
• Resourceful in using digital tools to reach decision‑makers.
• Nice‑to‑have background in apparel manufacturing, textiles or international freight logistics.

• Monthly compensation of $750 – $950 USD, plus discretionary performance bonuses.
