Program Manager CXAI

About the role

The Program Manager CXAI will act as the execution engine for the CXAI Ops Enablement team, turning senior leadership strategy into concrete results. Working in a hybrid setting across El Salvador and Guatemala, you will ensure initiatives launch, stay on track, and deliver measurable outcomes while keeping senior leaders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program reporting and stakeholder communications, both written and verbal.
• Execute roadmap delivery and oversee operational cadence.
• Establish and maintain program governance and operational rhythm.
• Define measures of success, track outcomes, and hold teams accountable.
• Craft executive‑level presentations and updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in complex, multi‑team environments.
• Proven ability to build and manage governance frameworks, operational cadences, and reporting structures.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and performance data.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level presentations.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher (mandatory).
