Project Manager – Guatemala

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects in Guatemala. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, tracking scope, timelines and risks, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain RACI matrices in collaboration with TELUS and ensure clear ownership of tasks.
• Track overall delivery (scope, timelines, RAID) and provide weekly status reports.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and setup of required resources, including software, hardware and licenses.
• Oversee technology integration, development updates, and support training creation and delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, track actions, and drive decision‑making with COE leadership and Product Owner.
• Handle escalation management and risk mitigation to avoid scope creep.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in a contact‑center environment.
• University degree in Business or related field (desirable).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong English proficiency (B2 level).
• Knowledge of value‑chain implementation and TELUS internal processes (desirable).
