Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager who will act as the engine of our operations, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure order, speed, clear priorities and an agile execution culture. The role reports directly to the COO and links Marketing, Product, Experience, Affiliation, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational projects across multiple departments, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between Marketing, Product, Engineering, Logistics and other stakeholders.
• Implement and champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) to improve delivery speed.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards using Notion and ClickUp.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, PMO or Delivery.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean principles.
• Hands‑on experience with Notion, ClickUp and AI‑enabled tools.
