Purchasing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst to manage the acquisition of technology products and services. The role will be based onsite in Zona 9, Guatemala City, and will support the organization’s need for hardware, software and computer equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers of technological products.
• Negotiate terms, prices and delivery schedules to achieve cost‑effective purchases.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical specifications and demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Technical or university degree in Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing and supplier negotiation, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for the latest technology trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hardware, software and computer equipment.
