About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role supports the smooth operation of the office by handling calls, correspondence and administrative coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, providing timely assistance.
  • Answer, route and manage incoming telephone calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain and organize agendas, schedule meetings and coordinate conference rooms.
  • Support daily administrative tasks to keep office operations running efficiently.

Required profile

  • High school diploma with a focus on administration.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Work‑level proficiency in English.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic use of video‑call platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
