About the role
The Business Center is looking for a proactive Cashier/Payment Receiver to handle administrative and operational tasks, promote the institution's financial products, and deliver personalized, high‑quality service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and operational activities within the Business Center.
- Promote and explain the financial services and products offered by the institution.
- Provide excellent, personalized customer service at the payment desk.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment.
Required profile
- High‑school (diversified) graduate.
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday with rotating rest days.
- Professional appearance and strong numerical aptitude.
Required skills
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Numerical proficiency.
