About the role

We are looking for a Mass Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes for multiple outsourcing clients. The role requires bilingual communication in Spanish and English and focuses on attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified talent while meeting quality standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full recruitment cycles for various client accounts.
• Publish vacancies on job portals, professional networks and other talent sources.
• Screen CVs against profile requirements.
• Conduct phone, virtual and on‑site interviews in Spanish and English.
• Administer and evaluate psychometric, technical and language tests.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Verify references and background checks according to guidelines.
• Prepare progress and status reports for open positions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and process records.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a recruiter, recruitment analyst, talent consultant or similar HR role.
• Knowledge of competency‑based recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding.
• Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
• Own transportation is preferred; gender neutral.
