Remote Bookkeeper

About the role

Cornerstone Global Partners is looking for a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support high‑volume accounting operations. The role is fully remote and aligns with U.S. business hours, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vendor‑to‑client reconciliations and overall financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Review high‑volume vendor‑to‑client reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between vendor, client, and accounting records.
• Support bookkeeping activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries.
• Assist with payroll‑related accounting tasks and month‑end close processes.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure proper closing of books.
• Coordinate with accounting agents and internal teams to maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bilingual with B2+/C1 English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in the U.S. market.
• Hands‑on experience with account reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
