Remote Interpreter

About the role

We are seeking remote interpreters to support non‑English speaking patients during medical encounters. The position is fully work‑from‑home, with training provided and no prior experience required. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to convey medical information accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret medical information from providers into the patient’s native language with precision.
• Provide real‑time interpretation for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff when requested.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with policies and standards.
• Deliver courteous, high‑quality service to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• 90% or higher proficiency in English.
• Full‑time availability and a quiet, closed workspace.
• Desktop or laptop (no Mac) with Intel Core i5 8th‑gen processor, 8 GB RAM minimum.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Noise‑cancelling headset.
