About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, generating qualified meetings for the Account Executives and directly contributing to revenue growth. You will work in a fast‑moving, high‑performance commercial team focused on expanding the company’s presence in the Indian market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Identify and qualify leads according to predefined criteria.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives.
• Research target companies and key decision makers.
• Maintain a healthy and consistent sales pipeline.
• Follow up prospects with structured outreach campaigns.
• Update all prospect information in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimise lead generation efforts.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly activity KPIs.
• Stay informed about the company’s products, services and industry trends.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights.

Required profile

• University degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, tele‑sales or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales KPIs and targets.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
