About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our international logistics and transportation company. The role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalized support to our clients, building trust and ensuring timely solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
• Offer timely solutions while handling import, export, and transportation processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow‑up on customer requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex logistics matters.

Required profile

• University degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within international transport, logistics, foreign trade or supply chain.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and international logistics.
• Excellent written communication, spelling and grammar.
• Strong empathy, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Intermediate or advanced English (desired).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
