Revenue y Reservations Agent

About the role

The Revenue y Reservations Agent is responsible for maximizing hotel income through dynamic pricing, data‑driven analysis and intelligent distribution management while handling guest reservations with a luxury‑service mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement pricing, availability and distribution strategies based on market trends, demand and guest behavior.
• Analyse daily KPIs such as occupancy, ADR and RevPAR and adjust rates accordingly.
• Manage room distribution across OTA, GDS, the hotel website and direct channels using a channel manager.
• Coordinate with the reservations team to load rates, blocks and conditions in the Opera PMS.
• Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy forecasts.
• Process reservation requests via phone, email, website, travel agencies and OTAs, confirming, modifying or cancelling bookings per hotel policies.
• Record accurate guest information, preferences and ancillary services in Opera.
• Provide guests with advice on rooms, packages, promotions and hotel services, and handle complaints or special requests.
• Support upselling and cross‑selling of rooms, upgrades, dining, spa and event services.
• Produce daily reservation, cancellation and no‑show reports for management and ensure confidentiality of guest data.

Required profile

• Experience in hotel revenue management or reservations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret occupancy and pricing data.
• Familiarity with 5‑star hospitality service standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, agencies and internal teams.
