Revit Specialist - Rendering and Visualization

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Revit Specialist to support US‑based architectural projects from design development through construction documentation. The role is based in Guatemala City and requires on‑site collaboration with US project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural Revit models throughout design development and construction documentation phases.
• Produce coordinated floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and sheet sets.
• Translate sketches, redlines, markups, and consultant information into accurate model and drawing updates.
• Apply project BIM standards, naming conventions, view templates, families, graphic standards, and quality‑control procedures.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants, identifying conflicts and missing information.
• Incorporate US building‑code and ADA accessibility requirements under project leadership.
• Maintain model health, file organization, drawing consistency, and respond to quality‑review comments.
• Communicate progress, assumptions, and blockers clearly to US‑based teams and manage priorities independently to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on architectural production experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Experience with institutional projects such as schools, libraries, civic buildings, or similar.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including model authoring, families, schedules, sheets, and annotation.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, US building‑code and ADA accessibility requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP and civil drawings.
