Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing commercial team. In this role you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, creating qualified meetings for our Account Executives and directly contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Identify and qualify leads according to predefined criteria.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Research target companies and key decision‑makers.
• Maintain a healthy and consistent sales pipeline.
• Conduct structured outreach campaigns and follow‑up with prospects.
• Update all prospect information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimise lead generation efforts.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly activity KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree or technical diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, lead generation, tele‑sales or business development experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Comfortable working with sales KPIs and targets.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
