Sales Executive

About the role

World CargoX is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in international logistics. Based in Guatemala, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts across air, sea, land, customs and warehousing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the logistics sector.
• Conduct sales visits, calls and presentations to showcase World CargoX solutions.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations for freight forwarding, transportation and customs services.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and manage the sales pipeline through a CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure flawless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in international logistics, freight forwarding or related transportation fields.
• Basic understanding of import/export processes, transport routes, cost structures and lead times.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to detect opportunities, negotiate and build long‑term relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organized work habits and results‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn internal systems and work collaboratively in a global environment.
• Relevant education in international trade, business administration or logistics is a plus, as is intermediate to advanced English.
