Sales & Relationship Manager

About the role

Perfect Daily Grind, the leading voice in coffee media, is seeking an experienced Sales & Relationship Manager to join its remote team. Based in Guatemala, you will promote a range of advertising and partnership solutions across the PDG Global portfolio, connecting coffee businesses with the brand’s audience.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently to achieve revenue targets aligned with the existing sales strategy.
• Sell long‑term advertising plans, individual features, and other publication‑related services.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, sponsorships, and long‑term partnerships.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and sponsors.
• Build connections with stakeholders across the coffee supply chain, including roasters, exporters, producers, and importers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Provide regular revenue and performance updates to the CEO and COO.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client‑facing sales or account‑management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies.
• Strong proactivity and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
