About the role
Ravago is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to lead the promotion and sales of polyolefin products (polypropylene and polyethylene) in Guatemala. The role focuses on expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the chemical and plastics sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities for PP and PE products.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and support.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling polypropylene and polyethylene.
- Strong business development mindset with a focus on results.
