Scaling Manager – Guatemala

About the role

The Guatemala Scaling Manager will lead the scaling of evidence‑based parenting support across the country, working closely with government, academic and civil‑society partners to design and implement a national delivery architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national scaling strategy, including implementation architecture, systems mapping and readiness assessments.
• Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements with ministries, UN agencies, NGOs and donors.
• Design the national workforce development approach, including a Master Trainer programme, curriculum, coaching, certification and quality‑assurance tools.
• Monitor progress against milestones, manage budgets, work plans and reporting across multiple funding streams.
• Represent PLH in technical working groups, government forums, donor meetings and regional learning platforms.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in public health, international development, public policy, psychology, social sciences or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience leading scale‑up of programmes, digital products or social innovations in Guatemala.
• Proven experience managing complex multi‑stakeholder projects and strategic partnerships with government and development partners.
• Fluency in English and professional fluency in Spanish.
