Senior Account Executive – AI Implementation Pods

About the role

Scale Army is launching AI Implementation Pods – three‑person embedded teams that deliver AI solutions to mid‑market companies. As a Senior Account Executive you will own the front‑end of the sales journey, from qualification and discovery to closing the Leadership Intensive or direct‑to‑pod engagements, and then hand the deal over to Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, run discovery calls, and close high‑value Leadership Intensive and AI Implementation Pod contracts.
• Collect deposits for clients moving directly into a pod engagement.
• Provide consultative discovery, helping clients understand their true AI needs and readiness.
• Assess whether a client should start with a Leadership Intensive or proceed straight to an implementation pod.
• Speak credibly with technical buyers about AI, automation, engineering, and implementation.
• Demonstrate practical AI experience through personal side projects (automation stacks, AI agents, internal tools).
• Hand off qualified opportunities to the Delivery team with clear context and feedback.

Required profile

• Based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe and able to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).
• Proven experience in high‑value, consultative sales rather than high‑volume transactional sales.
• Strong technical fluency in AI concepts and the ability to evaluate realistic outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience building AI or automation projects outside of work.
