Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Join GoTo's Marketing team in Guatemala City as a Senior Graphic Designer, where you will shape the brand’s visual presence across multiple channels using both traditional design skills and generative AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support in‑house advertising and marketing by creating assets for traditional, digital, trade‑show, social, and corporate identity projects.
• Concept, storyboard, and deliver omnichannel campaign materials while presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring best‑in‑class quality and timely delivery.
• Build strong relationships with creatives, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a similar creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple channels, formats, and campaigns.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools into creative workflows.
