Senior React Native Engineer (AI)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior React Native Engineer with a strong AI focus to design and deliver high‑quality mobile solutions for our global clients. You will work in a remote‑first environment, collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to create transformative products.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding status and recommendations.
• Write efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure code.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups and sprint planning.
• Gather requirements, present developed features, and drive project delivery from concept to deployment.
• Mentor team members through Communities of Practice and support technical growth.
• Collaborate across teams to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background in Agile development methodologies.
• Practical experience building or working with AI‑driven frameworks and evaluating AI‑generated outputs.
• Proficiency in English.
