Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing AI‑powered commodities marketplace that focuses on steel trading across Latin America and global markets. The role will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new customers to supporting post‑sale relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within the steel and industrial sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, closing and post‑sale support.
• Expand the customer base by engaging distributors, manufacturers, processors and industrial buyers.
• Promote marketplace solutions and increase transaction volume through strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, suppliers and industry stakeholders, providing market insights and procurement guidance.
• Coordinate international transactions, assisting customers with sourcing, pricing, logistics and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Compliance and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales KPIs and prepare forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the steel industry.
• Proven success managing the full sales cycle and strong negotiation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English and fluency in the local language.
• Stable employment history and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Data‑analysis and reporting capabilities.
