Description du poste

About the role

Blacksmith Agency builds websites and marketing programs for US clients. As a Senior Web Designer – Design Systems you own the creation of client design systems, turning brand guidelines into token architecture, component libraries and documented pipelines that work without further input.

Key responsibilities

  • Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming for pipeline consumption.
  • Ship core component libraries that function across entire sites, not just homepages.
  • Document systems so developers or automated pipelines can execute them without questions.
  • Work across multiple client brands simultaneously, maintaining structural rigor while delivering distinct visual identities.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of web design experience with proven design system work in your portfolio.
  • Strong English proficiency and ability to overlap with US business hours.

Required skills

  • Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants.
