About the role

This position is responsible for welcoming patients, guiding them through the admission process, and providing information about the services offered. The role ensures accurate data collection and supports direct patient interaction in a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients correctly, including receiving identification and capturing personal data.
• Advise patients on available services and answer their queries.
• Execute tasks and processes specific to the assigned area, following established procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with patients during direct interactions.

Required profile

• High school graduate (diversified education).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Proactive attitude, achievement‑oriented, and responsible.
• Residence near zone 11 or ability to commute to the workplace.
