Solution Architect & Pricing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect & Pricing Specialist to join a confidential technology project serving enterprise clients across LATAM. The role combines deep technical design expertise with commercial acumen to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that are both technically sound and financially viable.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end technology solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, SOWs and customer specifications to create accurate technical proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Delivery and technical teams to define optimal solutions.
• Develop effort estimations, resource models and pricing structures for services and projects.
• Prepare and validate costing, margins, rates and commercial assumptions.
• Evaluate alternative solution scenarios and recommend the most viable option.
• Produce solution proposals, architecture documents, BOMs/BoQs and Statements of Work.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and potential cost impacts.
• Participate in customer meetings, translate technical concepts into business value and support negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre‑Sales, Technical Consulting or IT Services.
• Proven track record developing technical proposals and pricing estimations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity and Managed Services.
• Experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and enterprise customers.
• Advanced English for regional and international interactions.

• Excel, Power BI and pricing/quoting platforms.
• ITIL, Service Management, BOM/BoQ preparation, TCO and ROI analysis.
