Spanish Associate – Client Services (Guatemala)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish‑English Associate for Client Services based in Guatemala. The role will act as the primary point of contact for our growing client portfolio, ensuring accurate and professional support while coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent and exceptional service.
• Assist in developing and implementing service strategies to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare client reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Stay updated with industry and regulatory trends to enhance client service strategies.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying client needs and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Law, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of legal or compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time well.
• Proactive learner with adaptability to industry and regulatory changes.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
