Store Assistant – Airport La Aurora

About the role

We are looking for a Store Assistant to join our Miniso outlet located at La Aurora Airport. The role involves supporting daily store operations and delivering a positive experience to every customer who walks through the doors.

Key responsibilities

• Work rotating shifts of seven continuous hours within the 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. window.
• Provide attentive and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Legal adult age.
• Intermediate level of English.
• High‑school (diversified) education.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork, responsibility, and initiative.
