About the role

We are looking for a Subcontador to join our finance team in Zona 18. The role involves handling core accounting processes, tax compliance, and supervising a small team of collaborators.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review accounting integrations.
• Review bank reconciliations.
• Support month‑end closings and tax filing.
• Perform tax‑related actions on the SAT platform.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of five collaborators.
• Generate reports and monitor accounting processes.

Required profile

• Registered Public Accountant (Perito Contador).
• University degree or completed curriculum in Public Accounting and Auditing (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and tax areas.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Availability to work in Zona 18.
• Previous experience managing personnel.

• Salary range Q6,000 – Q8,000 per month, based on experience.
