Supervisor de Granja Porcina – Seguridad y Operaciones

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee security and daily operations at a pig farm. The role ensures the safety of staff, visitors, and facilities while maintaining proper temperature and equipment records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the farm premises.
• Monitor compliance with safety policies and report any irregularities.
• Control vehicle entry and exit at side gates and prevent unauthorized access to restricted zones.
• Maintain order in public access areas and verify that external workers stay out of prohibited sections.
• Record and report temperature readings of cold rooms, solar panels, boiler, and water levels.
• Ensure the electric plant is shut down at the end of each shift.
• Assist with the delivery of channels to clients and document any theft or security breaches.
• Stay on duty until the physical hand‑over of the shift is completed.

Required profile

• Minimum education: basic third‑grade schooling.
• Experience in security and customer service.
• Knowledge of security standards, crisis procedures and personal defence.
• Ability to create accurate records and make decisions in emergencies.
• Good interpersonal skills for public interaction.
• Technical security certification or weapons handling qualification, if required.

• Basic computer skills for record‑keeping.
