About the role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing process, ensuring that production lines run smoothly, and that all safety and quality standards are met. This role coordinates staff shifts, monitors equipment readiness, and guarantees that raw materials and packaging are available for uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule weekly shifts for assigned personnel.
• Inspect machinery and request release from Quality Assurance before start‑up.
• Initiate production start‑up by directing material movement to the line.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger raw‑material orders as needed.
• Generate production reports for each line within defined timeframes.
• Ensure adherence to the production schedule across multiple lines.
• Handle transfer of finished goods to the warehouse.
• Document cleaning activities and hand over logs to the next shift.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating production staff and managing shift schedules.
• Ability to inspect and verify equipment condition.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control and reporting.
• Understanding of quality‑assurance release procedures.
