About the role

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor adherence to FSMA requirements and export market quality standards.
• Supervise food safety procedures throughout the operation to guarantee product inocuity.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Biological Chemistry, Microbiology, Agroindustrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety, quality, or similar roles.
• Availability to work on‑site in Escuintla.

• SAP (desirable)
• Intermediate Excel
• Food safety management systems knowledge
