About the role

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of assigned retail locations, ensuring compliance with commercial, administrative and operational processes, and driving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and performance of assigned stores.
• Verify inventories, deposits, receipts and accounting documentation.
• Train and monitor the performance of store managers.
• Provide interim store administration during vacations or staff absences.
• Implement strategies for the development and expansion of points of sale.
• Ensure compliance with commercial and operational indicators.
• Lead a team of administrators, promoting goal achievement and continuous improvement.
• Conduct periodic visits to stores across the country.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising stores, points of sale or commercial areas.
• Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced university studies in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience managing personnel, sales and inventories.
• Experience in developing points of sale and leading teams.
• Own a vehicle in good condition.
• Willingness to travel constantly to Jalapa and Jutiapa and between sites.

• Salary between Q10,000.00 and Q12,000.00 per month, based on profile.
