System Administrator – Temporary (Guatemala City)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator on a temporary basis to manage and support our IT infrastructure, cloud services, and end‑user environments in Guatemala City. You will ensure system stability, security, and performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related cloud services.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 components.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and overall health.
• Troubleshoot Tier II/III incidents across network and systems.
• Perform server maintenance, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and cloud account migrations.
• Support IT security initiatives such as MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection, and compliance controls.
• Maintain core network services including DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and system integrations.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service quality and timely issue resolution.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement of IT processes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Systems or Infrastructure Administrator.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed users and handling migrations or integrations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
